Intelsat / PanAmSat -

 •  Led the $2 billion post merger integration of Intelsat and PanAmSat’s financial operations and reporting systems
 •  Restructured inter-company accounting across 25 newly created satellite companies, which facilitated $2.5 million in one-time and $250K in annual operations and tax savings
 •  Provided restructuring and purchase accounting due diligence for the acquisition of PamAmSat by News Corp. and venture capital firms lead by KKR, in 2003 and 2004, respectively
