Intelsat / PanAmSat -

 •  Led the $2 billion post merger integration of Intelsat and PanAmSat’s financial operations and reporting systems
 •  Restructured inter-company accounting across 25 newly created satellite companies, which facilitated $2.5 million in one-time and $250K in annual operations and tax savings
 •  Provided restructuring and purchase accounting due diligence for the acquisition of PamAmSat by News Corp. and venture capital firms lead by KKR, in 2003 and 2004, respectively
 •  Designed and implemented financial operations and capital project accounting and reporting processes and systems – for satellite construction, launch, deployment and post deployment profitability

LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics - 

 •  Created PMO capabilities and discipline for delivery of strategic corporate initiatives
 •  Designed and implemented a shared services center which realized over $50 million in operational synergies/savings
 •  Led the post merger integration of several acquired cosmetics and fashion companies/brands - totaling over $400 million - into the shared service center – including Dior, Bliss, Urban Decay, Hard Candy, Makeup Forever, Benefit and Fresh
